Our industry, tools, and technology are constantly changing, and we continue to enjoy the challenge of keeping ahead of that change. We have harnessed the latest technologies to produce business results for our customers. The pace of technological change is rapid. Our guiding principles, however, evolve much more slowly. These guiding principles, these concepts and strategies for structuring courses, for engaging adult learners, for respecting their time and their intelligence… have been refined gradually, over decades of experience.
