Good training changes behavior, but behavior is difficult to measure. At the start, we search for before/after metrics, usually found in the situation that prompted the training.
We also provide the standard pre/post test scores, LMS stats, and follow-up surveys. Our open-ended surveys are a proven way to understand your audience, and improve future courses.
